Our perspective is that of a long-term investor and therefore we are not unduly influenced by short term cash-to-cash investment decisions associated with many ‘private equity’ institutional type investors. Bearing that in mind we always see a long-term future in the infrastructure asset we develop, manage and invest in, and typically endeavour to ensure that the asset is optimally financed on an efficient basis to ensure its ongoing ability to exploit market opportunities.

In particular we continuously look to the optimization of the financing package, as well as the operational efficiencies of the infrastructure asset we are developing and investing in. This is achieved by our detailed understanding of these infrastructure assets and our proven ability to access world best practice.

As an active developer, manager and investor, we typically also lead at the board and subcommittee levels to facilitate governance and share the burden imposed by statutory and best practice financing, risk management and compliance requirements.
